Improve sexual performance with yoga

Relax, correct posture, stimulate concentration and… improve sexual performance! We are talking about yoga, an oriental discipline that aims, through physical exercises, meditation and ascesis, to unify the body and the spirit.

That this philosophy could also benefit sex is however a fairly recent discovery. A little over a year ago, researchers from Loyola University Health System observed the effects of a form of yoga - "Partner Yoga" - which uses not only breathing exercises and postures, but also a series of massages and postures " sensual "aimed in particular at improving the pleasure of the couple.
