The 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy for the 2020 holidays

In a few days we will enter my absolute favorite season: the "summer. This year", after all that Covid has put us through, I intend to enjoy it 100%. Fortunately, our peninsula has many breathtaking coasts and, to stay on the subject, today I will tell you about the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy.

Most beautiful beaches in Italy: the top 10 in my opinion

Monterosso al mare, 5 terre-Liguria

Let's start from the splendid Monterosso, the most populated of the 5 lands. Monterosso, in addition to having a crystal clear sea, is surrounded by lots of greenery, colorful houses, the Aurora tower and the imposing statue of Neptune! All these qualities make Monterosso fall into the ranking of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, am I wrong?

Cala Violina, Grosseto-Tuscany

I was here as a young girl and I remember the view as if it were yesterday. Tuscany is one of my favorite regions and as always it never disappoints; Cala Violina, in addition to having a postcard sea, is made up of a green, low and elongated hill that embraces part of the surrounding sea, a background that is usually seen in the brochures of exotic islands.

Cala Sinzias and Cala Goloritzè baunei, Sardinia

Ah my lady, here I have tears. You know, Sardinia is always a guarantee and there isn't a piece that can be defined as ugly, don't you agree too?
At the age of 18 I spent two weeks near Tuerredda and I never went out of the sea, the same for the beautiful Cala Sinzias and Cala Goloritze. The first is immersed in a breathtaking naturalistic context consisting of some fig trees, white sand, transparent sea, pines and eucalyptus.
The second, on the other hand, is characterized by a rocky, angular background and gigantic rocks, a typical panorama of the Greek islands.

Bay of good sleep, Campania

The Bay of good sleep is made up of a green and luxuriant promontory protected by huge rocks overlooking the sea. It can be reached by swimming, by boat or on foot.

Cala Rossa, Favignana Island-Sicily

And if we talk about making a list of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, we cannot fail to mention Sicily and in particular the island of Favignana. It is one of the most famous seaside resorts of our beloved peninsula and the reason is obvious: the waters have shades of blue that would leave even those who prefer the mountains to the sea speechless.

Copanello di Stalettì, Catanzaro-Calabria

Copanello di Stalettì has been nicknamed the pearl of the Ionian Cataranzese and actually it is so; The images leave you speechless especially because in the sea, not too far from the shore, there are rocks that in addition to creating a backdrop of a thousand and one nights, will give you memorable swims thanks to the many fish intent on constantly tapping their lunch / dinner
