Prepare your handkerchiefs, because this story, as well as making you smile, will certainly make you move. A terminally ill woman has managed to fulfill her last wish before she died: to see her favorite painter, Rembrandt, at the Rijks Museum in Amsterdam. An ordinary and banal action for most, which however represents a real mirage for a woman confined to bed, debilitated and unable to move; yet thanks to the "help of the volunteers of the Stichting Ambulance Wens, the Ambulance Foundation of Desires, this gesture is became possible. It is a Dutch association created to allow terminally ill patients to travel by ambulance to the desired places and thus experience a last moment of happiness before dying.
