How does radio frequency work?

The sessions, which are absolutely painless, last on average from 30 to 60 minutes, during which there is a perception of intense heat where the tissues are richer in edema and cellulite.

In practice, the aesthetic radiofrequency works through the emission of radio waves from the dermis to the hypodermis. This thermal shock stimulates the synthesis of new collagen, the most abundant and important protein in the human body because it plays a fundamental role in the support and structure of connective tissues and organs, and activates a regenerative response.

For a general relaxation of the body, not only from a physical point of view, another technique is also recommended, which can be done independently thanks to small exercises, such as those you can see in the following video.
