However, it is always necessary to take into account the vastness of the damaged area, the type of skin and also the fact that the scar tissue is thicker, sometimes in relief and with an irregular perimeter. Therefore, it is best not to choose linear designs, because the imperfection of the skin could ruin the final effect. If stretch marks and scars are not deep, there is a high probability that they will disappear under the tattoo. Regardless of different opinions, the texture of damaged skin is always a little altered compared to the intact one and above all it is quite difficult to cover scars or stretch marks of a rather dark color and very deep with the tattoo.
