The Protiplus diet

ProtiPlus products are combined with a balanced diet based on fruit, vegetables, dairy products, fish and lean meats.It is a method composed of phases: 3 + 2 + 2 like the days of the week: phase 1, 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) intensive, you have to start with determination, with 5 ProtiPlus preparations (breakfast, break, mid-morning, lunch, snack and dinner + vegetables, a fruit, a yogurt, fresh cheese, cold cuts, all in small doses); calories should be around 1070; phase 2, 2 progressive days (Thursday, Friday) to maintain and define the results; a decrease in the consumption of preparations and a consumption of fish or meat, fruit, vegetables is expected on Thursdays, while on Fridays prepared only for breakfast, breaks and snacks

The calories consumed should be between 1078-1150; phase 3, 2 days (Saturday, Sunday) to acquire good eating habits without excess. Here the space dedicated to food increases (simple and complex carbohydrates), on Saturdays prepared only in the break and as a snack; the calories consumed are about 1300-1500. Sunday is without ProtiPlus products and the classic Mediterranean diet is followed.

The Atkins Diet
