  • Put 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers in a bowl and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Leave to infuse covered for at least 20 minutes. After that filter the liquid thoroughly.
  • If you use dried flowers, you can also use the "bain marie" method: pour a glass of boiling water over 4 tablespoons of dried flowers, leave to infuse for 30 minutes, then cool and filter.
  • Use a liter of boiling water and a glass of chamomile flowers. Let it go on low heat for at least 10 minutes. When the liquid has cooled completely, strain it and it will be ready.

How to use the chamomile infusion

Pure chamomile decoction is quick and easy to prepare, can be stored in the refrigerator, and is also very effective. Starting from the application, the lightening effect on the hair occurs 3-4 weeks after the start of the treatment.
Here are the steps to follow to undergo the lightening:

  • Proceed with your normal shampoo, towel dry your hair and let it air dry without using a hair dryer.
  • Take a cotton pad soaked in the chamomile decoction and run it through all the hair, from roots to ends. Remember to take small strands and a little at a time.
  • Tie your hair into a bun to keep it in place.
  • Wrap your head first with film and then with a towel.

Leave to infuse 8 tablespoons of chamomile and a glass of boiling water for at least 20 minutes. Then filter the mixture and add the squeezed juice of a large lemon together with 2 tablespoons of a natural oil (olive, avocado, almond, etc.).
Apply all the mixture on the lengths of the hair and wear a shower cap and a towel to keep the hair in place. After half an hour, rinse off a mild shampoo.
