Preparation:
To start, cook the slices of swordfish, skinned, in lightly salted boiling water. Drain and set aside. Cook the potato in a saucepan and drain it as soon as it is well cooked. Transfer the potato to a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the fish and the potato and blend them with an immersion blender.
