5 easy ways to relieve hangover

Hangovers can be really hard to deal with. Excruciating headache, nausea, dizziness, sensitivity to light, muscle aches and severe irritability are the results that make us wake up like zombies after a hangover. Researchers have found that hangovers are often accompanied by high levels of cytokines, molecules that tell us that the immune system is fighting an infection.
Rest would basically be the best remedy, but there are 5 tricks for trying to speed up the recovery process. It would be better to avoid anti-inflammatories that further damage the stomach, and especially paracetamol which would further strain the liver.
