Password: prevention! Deborah Milano supports breast cancer research

We will never stop saying it and reminding you: prevention is the best way to fight and defeat breast cancer. Women know very well how much such an evil can happen to each of us, whatever our lifestyle, and how difficult it is to fight it. Precisely for this reason it is essential to concretely support Research.

Deborah Milano, attentive to the well-being of all women and sensitive to all issues that affect them closely, has decided to support Pink is GOOD, the project of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation with the aim of fighting breast cancer. The Foundation, in addition to promoting prevention and providing information on the subject, supports the funding of grants and research projects for doctors and scientists working on the subject of breast cancer.

On the occasion of the launch of the DD Daily Dream Foundation, Deborah Milano has decided to fund a research grant lasting 12 months for a researcher specializing in breast cancer research, for the year 2015. The researcher will be selected by the Committee Scientific Evaluation of the Veronesi Foundation who will evaluate the quality of the project, the curriculum vitae and the publications of the candidates.

But the commitment to beauty on the subject of breast cancer does not end here. Five events will be held during the month of October aimed at promoting prevention and information with a specific project: Pink Days.

During these training days, educators, researchers and nutritionists will be available to all women to give advice on how to improve or correct their lifestyle, thus influencing and reducing the chances of developing breast cancer during their lifetime.
