Sustainable fish auction
Eataly will dedicate a whole day to sustainable fish and the first fish auction held directly by the fishermen of Savona will be held at the fish market at Eataly Turin, starting at 4 pm.
An "opportunity to buy freshly caught fish at wholesale prices, from 5 to 50 euros.
In addition to being a real moment of purchase, it is an event in which it is possible to sensitize consumers on the sustainability of fish products and on the importance of buying fresh fish caught in Italy. Furthermore, if you have never been inside of Eataly, you may decide to take the opportunity to learn about some of the food excellences that are sold.
