When the face turns into a canvas: this is how mum and daughters have fun

Finding a pastime to entertain children can be really difficult at times. Christy Lewis, New Zealand make-up artist, has found a truly creative way to spend time with her girls: brushes and make-up in hand, Chiristy has transformed the little girls' faces into real works of art.

The makeup artist, better known as Daizy Design, doesn't just paint a mustache or a black cat nose. Thanks to her flair and her skill with brushes, Christy transforms the little ones into giraffes, birds, Calaveras (skulls covered with flowers typical of the Mexican Day of the Dead), comic book heroes, but also flowery meadows, frescoes and enchanted landscapes.

In addition to making up the faces of children and adults, Daizy has launched a new project dedicated to future unborn: transforms the round bellies of mothers into real art.

Thanks to her incredible talent, which impresses both young and old, Christy has now become a real permanent presence at events dedicated to children in the city of Wellington. Currently, to handle all requests, the makeup artist has created a real team of makeup artists and will soon publish a book.

For Christy, the trick is there and it shows!
