Crocodile catches 12-year-old in Australia

In Australia, a 12-year-old has disappeared and is reported to have been captured by a crocodile. At the moment there are no traces of the boy, but the searches are continuing unabated. The episode is advent in the north of the country, in an internal lagoon of the Kakadu National Park. A group of young tourists was suddenly attacked by crocodiles: one of them fought and got away with minor injuries, while the other has disappeared.

Police intervened and killed two of these crocodiles, but the area remains unsafe. We are in fact in the rainy and flooding season, which is the most dangerous period to approach watercourses and swim. Among other things, in recent years there has been an increase in crocodiles in the tropical north of Australia. It is a coincidence that such episodes have already occurred in the past, even of a certain gravity.
