The Italian Latin lover? Failed!
Summer is coming and what do Italian kids think as soon as summer arrives? If disconnecting from the daily routine (82%) and going to the beach (76%) are the first thoughts that come to mind, immediately after we find new acquaintances (70%) and "pick up" girls (65%).
Summer, therefore, is confirmed as the season of conquest for Italian males. But are our latin lover still as infallible as irresistible? According to what emerges from a study conducted on about 800 Italian boys and girls aged between 18 and 30 and promoted by Maxibon Motta, it really seems not.
According to 67% of the girls interviewed, men on the beach are sent back to the examination of seduction. The reasons? The majority (34%) blame several men for adopting behaviors that are nothing short of childish, while others hate those who tell obviously impossible stories and talk about themselves in an unreliable way (26%). A large percentage of women (22%), on the other hand, report the fact that men are too hasty and try too quickly to get to know them.
The most frequent beach gaffes? The most classic (34%) is not realizing that the girl you are aiming for is already committed, while other sensational and quite common mistakes are those of pretending to be a false intellectual (26%) or inviting a girl to get an ice cream at the kiosk and forgetting to offer (21%).
