We know, when, every month, the period arrives we women become irritable, sensitive, nervous, hungry and extremely moody. We are now used to all this, after years and years of experience we have learned to accept the period of the cycle and to live it to the fullest. But perhaps this is not the case for those close to us!
Our companions in fact are "forced" to undergo our continuous and sudden changes of mood and our nervousness every month.
