Pantone: Radiant Orchid color 2014
Pantone, the supplier of color standards for the world of fashion and design, has unveiled the trend color expected for 2014: it is Radiant Orchid, a particular variant of purple.
As in previous years, Pantone has indicated to design and fashion houses its forecast study for next year's colors, and has decreed that this shade renamed "radiant orchid" will be the most popular. In 2012 it was Tangerine Tango (read here), last year it was Emerald Green (we told you about it here), for next year, however, "a harmonious and fascinating mix of fuchsia, purple and pink shades is required. "Radiant Orchid is characterized in its chromatic range to stimulate the imagination", continues Eiseman, "it inspires confidence and exudes joy and great well-being".
