He, the photographer, is Henry Heargraves. She, the food stylist, is Caitlin Levin. Together they have created colorful "food maps", a beautiful series of maps of certain geographical locations, created using the foods that best represent them.

"These maps show how far food has traveled the globe. Although we know that tomatoes are native to the Andes and South America, Italy is now the queen of tomatoes. And most of all, who makes a delicious Brazilian caipirinha without using a handful of fragrant limes?" the two say.
