Jeunes Restaurateurs for Emilia
From 11 to 24, some starred chefs will be at the Osteria di Ponte Europa and at the Ristorante Leoni in Piazza de Mello in Bologna with five historic restaurateurs from the affected areas: Buriani di Pieve Cento, LaRosa di S.Agostino, OsteriaLaFefa di Finale Emilia , IlRigoletto di Reggiolo and IlDonGiovanni di Ferrara.The proceeds of the event will be donated to them.
From the morning there will also be stands of producers who will present their products to taste the typicality of the territory. The evening will end with a multi-hands dinner that will contribute to the fundraising.
The initiative also includes a phase in which the five Emilian restaurateurs will organize dinners with the support of starred chefs: the various associations will disseminate the dinner calendar to allow a wide range of involvement.
