Cheeseburger: the timeless classic

Ingredients for 4 burgers
200g of ground beef
2 sandwiches
2 slices of cheese (cheddar, monterey ...)
6 onion rings or cucumber (optional)
salad or a slice of tomato
4 tablespoons of sauce of your choice (ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue)
Special Sauce:
125ml mayonnaise 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tablespoon very thin sliced ​​sweet cucumbers 1 teaspoon Tabasco®

Form the hamburger with the minced meat (you choose which meat to use. The ideal would be the shoulder with 15-25% fat, but you can also add minced pork or lamb or chicken).
Put a drizzle of oil in the pan and grill the meat on both sides, preferably turning the hamburger only once (3-5 minutes per side depending on the cooking you want).
Towards the end of cooking, add the slices of cheese and let it melt.
Put the sauce on the bottom half of the sandwich, then the meat, the salad, the tomato and possibly the sliced ​​cucumbers.

Bacon Burger: crunchy and flavorful

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 sandwiches
500g ground beef
fleur de sel
4 tablespoons ketchup
8 slices of bacon
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 cucumbers
200g cheddar
4 lettuce leaves

Cut the tomatoes, onion and cucumbers into small cubes and place them in separate bowls. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Add the tomatoes and, if desired, a pinch of oregano. Leave to cook for a couple of minutes and set aside.
Cut the cheddar into pieces, put it in a bowl with half a glass of water and heat in the microwave for about twenty seconds. The consistency must be liquid but not too much. Add the onion and cucumber.
Cook the 4 burgers with fleur de sel for 3-4 minutes per side. Toast the bread for a couple of minutes and assemble by putting the ketchup, meat, the cheddar and bacon mixture and the salad.

Fish Burger, the taste of the sea in a sandwich

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 small sandwiches
For the breaded fish:
4 fresh or frozen cod fillets
1 egg
1 teaspoon of paprika
150g corn flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Herbal sauce:
2 tablespoons of yogurt or cottage cheese
1 tablespoon creme fraiche
1 tablespoon of Colman's Mustard®
1 pinch cumin
1 slice of cheddar or emmental
sprouts of cress or rocket

The Parisian hamburger

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 white rolls
3 minced chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of olive oil + to taste for cooking
1 pinch of cumin
2 small camemberts
3 tablespoons of honey

4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Prepare the burgers by mixing the chicken with the oil, salt and pepper. Cook and set aside. Turn on the grill of the oven and brown the camembert (or tomini) divided in half with a little honey on top. Leave under the grill for 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 milk rolls
onion jam
lettuce leaves
4 slices of foie gras
6 slices of smoked duck breast
1 golden apple
salt and pepper

Slice the salad. Heat a non-stick pan, and cook the foie gras two minutes per side. Heat the sandwiches in the oven. Cut the apple into slices. Assemble the sandwich by putting a little onion jam, 1 slice of apple, l "roast duck, foie gras and" salad. Serve with some onion jam.

The "burger" bleu

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 milk rolls
500g ground beef
200g roquefort
4 tablespoons of cream
1 red onion
4 lettuce leaves

Cut the sandwiches in half and heat a few minutes under the oven grill. Cook the previously prepared burgers. In a bowl, add a little Roquefort to the cream and mix. Cut the onion into 0.5 cm thick rings. Crumble the rest of the Roquefort with a fork.
Spread the sauce on each half of the bread and put a lettuce leaf, the hamburger and the crumbled cheese. Serve.

vegetarian burger

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 cereal rolls
For vegetarian burgers:
300g smoked tofu
150g rolled oats
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 clove of garlic
1 shallot
a few leaves of basil, mint or thyme
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 champignons
1 eggplant + 1 champignon + 1 onion
herb sauce
rocket

Prepare the burgers by combining the chopped garlic and shallots with the finely chopped tofu and mushrooms. Create the burgers and brown them with olive oil. Slice the aubergines, mushrooms and onion and sauté.
Cut the bread in half, put the sauce on both sides, the burger, 1 slice of eggplant, 1 onion ring and a few slices of champignon. If desired, you can add cheddar or emmental cheese. Also add a little rocket.

Starred Burger

Ingredients for 4 burgers
4 sandwiches
500g ground
120g foie gras
fleur de sel
4 thin slices of gingerbread
oil
3 white onions
100g sugar
rocket

Cut the onion into cubes and cook a pan with olive oil, add the sugar and let it simmer until caramelized.
Prepare 8 equal sized meatballs with the minced meat. Cut the foie gras into thin slices of a smaller diameter than the meat, flatten two meatballs and insert the foie gras in the middle, sealing them perfectly. Add salt and cook in a hot pan for 3 minutes per side.
Cut the gingerbread into thin slices and stir-fry with a drizzle of oil until the slices are crispy.
Assemble the sandwich (toasting it for 2 minutes under the grill after cutting it in half) adding the onion compote, the meat and the onion compote again. Add a few leaves of rocket and finally the crispy gingerbread.
