How two rogues like Filippo and Olivia have fun with mum and dad

Winter is finally coming, it arrives very calmly, and how do we mothers react?
I frankly would go into hibernation, but alas I can't ...
Usually in summer, but also in winter, when there are nice days, as soon as the sun comes we go to the park to play, I find it the most useful thing, both for us mothers (who obviously find it less difficult to entertain them at home), but even for the same children who manage themselves and play with their friends.
But when the cold is too cold then the house becomes my children's playground: do you know what our favorite games are? Now I'll give you a short ranking:

1. Playing with the characters, better known as miniatures, in fact we have superheroes, dragons, dinosaurs, princes and princesses, toy soldiers, and many others (and with these we have fun creating all kinds of stories, giving vent to the imagination)

2. Play cards (a new discovery). We met the new Chicco game, Zero, it is very easy and intuitive and lately we spend every night playing at the table all together, Filippo, Olivia and dad Fede!
For children it is very easy to play with it, just recognize drawings and colors, and we parents have a lot of fun challenging them. We make a lot of those laughs! In short, an ideal pastime for the whole family!

3. Build forts with sofa cushions

4. Draw

5. Playing with the constructions

So here's what we love to do together! .. Oh I forgot, we are great readers! We have an entire library at our disposal, stories read and reread a hundred times, which never bore us.
I can admit that many times I don't really want to entertain them, I arrive tired from work and I am lacking in energy, in fact the winter season at home I "accuse them a bit", but as they grow up it becomes easier and more fun to play with them and I try to invent new activities; now I'm introducing "cooking together", even though I'm a bad cook ...
In fact, Filippo really likes messing around in the kitchen, and while he and I are delighting in the kitchen, Olivia prepares us burgers with her food truck, her new favorite game!

Anyway, do you know what our house looks like after a whole afternoon of games? ... In total delirium! ... It seems that a gang of thieves has entered to rob it! I've been teaching them "for years" to tidy up, as they do at school, but sometimes they are hard of understanding and do not obey, so I start the countdown, I give them a timing of meditation during which I change the tone of voice and I become more uncompromising, my voice changes tone and transforms, my face changes expression (similar to the Maleficent witch of Sleeping Beauty that they fear) and there, they understand that perhaps it is better to carry out what I have told them, and, as two small ants, get to work and within 10 seconds the house is as good as new.

Since my children have a lot of fun with board games, I'm thinking of trying another Chicco game that has just come out and is also suitable for 3-year-olds: it's called Play room and the game consists of putting things back in the drawers. righteous ... who knows I may not be able to avoid my transformation into Maleficent ...

As for the games themselves, Filippo and Olivia know that gifts come for anniversaries, Christmas and Birthday or if they get a shot, or are good at the doctor, in short, they are not the mother who loves to spoil them.
But when Christmas comes it's fun to surprise them with some thought.
