And now, here are 5 very useful exercises to eliminate a double chin:

1. Neck massage to eliminate double chin

To perform this exercise, simply lift your head by tensing the neck muscles as much as possible, opening your mouth a little. Place a hand on the neck, under the chin and apply some pressure. Then go down with your hand along the neck, stretching the skin down.
