1. Strengthen your baby's immune defenses by taking care of his nutrition
A healthy diet is essential for strengthening your child's immune defenses.
Educate your child to consume more servings of fruit and vegetables per day, as well as legumes, whole grains and nuts, a real panacea! Keep him away from fizzy drinks, packaged sweets and industrial fruit juices as much as possible, trying to make him freshly squeezed juices and homemade cakes. 2. Start using an immunostimulant right away to support your defenses

3. Get him to sleep well and get enough
