Cruise Train: the super-luxury train is arriving from Japan
It's not ready yet, but for 2017 it will be. We are talking about Cruise Train, the super-luxury Japanese train that can carry up to 34 passengers, providing the comfort of a grand hotel between private cabins and common areas.
To afford to travel on this new 5-star vehicle you will need generous wallets, but you will no longer have the unpleasant - and alas quite common - feeling of being in a cramped and perhaps not very clean space.
In addition to the private cabins there will be common areas such as the relaxation area, characterized by huge windows, and the Luonge Bar, where you can entertain yourself while sipping a drink or a coffee.
In their private areas, passengers will have at their disposal a sleeping area, a day area and a bathroom, all built with the most refined materials. You will then have the feeling of having a real mini-apartment on rails at your disposal.
Although it is not yet possible to book a seat on the Cruise Train, one has a rather clear idea of the costs incurred for its construction: almost fifty million dollars.
