What are the remedies for autumn depression

Once diagnosed, you can only look for the right cure to defeat seasonal depression. Let's start by giving you some suggestions on how to best face autumn:

Get up early: autumn stimulates the production of melatonin, but you certainly can't spend the whole day sleeping! To wake up at the right time, in time for an energetic breakfast, try to go to bed at the same time and sleep deeply (the autumn rain should help).

Do yoga: all sports are welcome, but yoga more than others, because it combines physical training with meditation, which practiced daily frees the mind from non-constructive thoughts.

Eat healthy: a good dose of energy positively influences mood. How to get it? By taking in more vitamins and less carbohydrates. So yes to seasonal vegetables, with which you can also prepare excellent soups, and no to refined flours (bread, pasta and sweets).

Don't forget to have sex: we know, you're busy this month. You have to catch up on what you left unfinished this summer and set up work for the coming year, but ... don't forget about sex! to get to work every day more frustrated and to feed useless squabbles.
