The power supply

Food supplements

Although it has not yet been proven, some substances are thought to have the power to burn fat. We find them in "fat burning" food supplements (tablets, capsules, soft drinks to be diluted):

Conjugated linoleic acid: these special fatty acids would favor the increase of thermogenesis in the muscle cells and the decrease of the storage at the level of the adipocytes.
The virgin tea: rich in caffeine and polyphenols, it is thought to have a lipolytic action and to increase thermogenesis.
Green coffee: by stimulating the elimination of fats and increasing energy consumption, it is said to promote weight loss.
Football: one study has shown that when a calcium intake is combined with a diet, weight loss increases. This happens because calcium decreases the amount of insulin produced and therefore the storage capacity of fat in the body.
Chromium: aeven this mineral would slow down the assimilation of sugars.

The cosmetics

The molecule most used in slimming creams with anti-fat virtues is caffeine. In fact, it is the only substance whose effectiveness has been clearly and seriously demonstrated by studies. By stimulating some receptors on the membranes of fat cells, it promotes the dissolution of fats. For best results, the slimming cream should be applied with a massage, daily and long-term.

Physical activity

Practicing a long-term moderate-intensity sport is the most effective option for eliminating pads and love handles. In fact, during an effort, after having burnt the immediately available energy (sugars), the organism makes use of its reserves of fats.

The good news is that the slower and longer the activity, the more it attacks the adipocytes: we consume about 45% of fat while walking, 35% walking fast, 25% running.

To burn fat, you have to opt for endurance activities such as walking, cycling, rollerblading and swimming and practice them for long periods of time, never forcing.
