Lemon escalopes: find out how to prepare them

The ideal is to use a fresh lemon, but if you only have packaged lemon juice at home, it will be fine too. If you want you can also decide to replace the flour with some amidodimais, the sauce will thicken anyway.

Ingrediants:
4 slices of turkey or chicken
juice of 1 large lemon
1 teaspoon of flour
half a glass of white wine
oil
salt
pepper
