Miss Germany distorts the rules: a 35-year-old single mother wins

In the common imagination, Germany is notoriously recognized as an avant-garde, evolved and advanced country from an economic and social point of view. To these areas, today, a further one is added, that of beauty contests. To give you an idea of what we are talking about, we tell you that the new Miss Germany is a 35-year-old woman, single mom and digital entrepreneur. An unprecedented victory, the result of a revolution that completely subverted the traditional rules.

An achievement that must be included in a design of universal change as regards the aesthetic canons proposed and expected by this type of event. In the video below, another similar case. The victory of Zozibini Tunzi, the first Miss Universe of color.

The winner is a woman who conveys positive messages

For the first time, in fact, the competition was open to participants up to 39 years old and the ban on participation to wives and / or mothers was abolished. "I will do little of the title of most beautiful and I do not intend to go around cutting ribbons like a mannequin, I accepted to participate only because I liked this new course", comments her triumph Leonie von Hase, Miss Germany 2020, face of a necessary change in the standard of judgment usually adopted to evaluate women.

No more bikini show, but clothes personally selected by the participants to focus all attention on their personality, to the detriment of the body. And to judge the candidates, a jury of women only from the world of entertainment and sport, extremely competent in their field.

Leonie, dressed in an elegant trouser suit, finally won the scepter and crown, beating the youngest competition, Miss Bavaria (22) and Miss Hamburg (23). It should be recognized, then, that the competition was successful in pursuing an ideal, not only of beauty, but also of a woman that was as inclusive as possible.

The lucky one, selected with the aim of "becoming an ambassador of femininity and using the stages to spread positive messages", won an employment contract, a new Volkswagen and a lifetime supply of shampoo because, you know, everything starts from the head .
