An English company introduces the "period policy": do you have your period? you can work from home!

The cycle, that strange way of nature to remind us that we are women and "beyond the legs there is more".
Of course: there are cramps, moodiness, swelling. Going to work on the first day of menstruation is a torture and we can survive meetings and deadlines only thanks to the sweets from the machines and a lot, a lot of patience.
But this is not the case for everyone.

For example, this is not the case for the women of Bristol and, more specifically, for the employees of Coexist.
The company, in fact, has recently introduced the "period policy", a regulation that protects women more during the cycle. Miss Baxter, one of the managers of the company, wants the women in question to feel free to talk about their own problems and that, during the cycle, they can enjoy more flexible working hours, which better meet their needs. This obviously does not imply a vacation but it gives them the opportunity to work in a more relaxed way even in those moments when calm is the last of thoughts!
