The tights
14 km of wire
The media, it takes 14km of yarn to make a pair of pantyhose. The cheap tights are mostly manufactured in Asia, while the high quality ones come from France, Germany or Italy.
To find out if a pair of tights is more or less resistant, you have to look at the deniers, which correspond to the weight of 9 km of yarn, expressed in grams: 20 deniers means 20 grams per 9 km of yarn. The tights can be from 8 to 100 denier.

Opaque or flesh-colored?
The flesh-colored tights are suitable in spring, when you want to uncover your legs even if the summer heat is still far away. Beware, though: this type of pantyhose is thin and breaks easily. Opaque tights keep you warm and allow you to wear mini skirts, short dresses and shorts without exposing yourself too much. Wool tights are an extra alternative to face the cold, but they should be avoided when wearing fluid garments in delicate fabrics such as silk.
Magic tights
Faced with the success of the trousers, the manufacturers of tights enrich their collections with new models that promise us a dream silhouette: flat stomach, containment effect, raised buttocks… in short, many small tricks to erase defects. Unfortunately these models are not very glamorous and do not offer trendy colors!
Patterned tights
Switching from black to carmine red is not easy. Start by choosing a high-quality opaque and opaque tights that will make even the most sober outfits dynamic. Patterned tights (colored, striped, checked, floral ...) stand out on other items of clothing, so pay attention to the choice of clothes: black is a good way to be on the safe side and not make mistakes.
The leggings
They will never cease to amaze us! Timeless, in wool or cotton, to be sexy without catching a cold, they have now surpassed the basic model and are enriched with small precious details, such as buttons at the ankle. Combined with long sweaters or tunics, they allow you to soften curves and hide flaws.
Warning: fragile
In order not to take off the tights, the ideal would be to wash them by hand. If you do not have time (or desire!), Put them in the washing machine closed in a net so that they do not come into contact, for example, with the zippers of jeans. In everyday life, keep in mind that 60 denier opaque tights are obviously stronger than 10 denier tights. And be careful with the zipper of the boots!
The shoes
To refine the effect created by the tights, shoes must also be carefully chosen. To enhance everything, focus on the ballet flats and don't forget to balance the whole: combine colored tights with sober colored shoes and vice versa!
