Anti-wrinkle cream and facial gymnastics: thus counteracts skin aging

Often ignored and not contemplated in the beauty routine, facial gymnastics can play an important role in the beauty of our skin. The face also has its muscles and training them regularly means doing a sort of natural lifting that can help counteract skin aging and especially the loss of tone.

There are small tricks and daily gestures that can make a difference and help keep the skin supple and promote tissue tone.

We all know the importance of choosing a good anti-wrinkle cream, specific for our problems - dry, oily, combination skin, first wrinkles, deep wrinkles, hyper pigmentation spots, etc. - and reliable from the point of view of the ingredients present.

Perhaps not everyone knows, however, that the movements we make to spread and make the product better penetrate are also very important: in fact, these can help keep the muscles in activity by promoting blood circulation.

How to apply the anti-aging cream

First of all, the movements on the face must always be directed from the bottom up: in this way you will help the skin to counteract the force of gravity to which it is constantly subjected. Secondly, remember that wrinkles must be "worked" in the opposite direction of formation: if, for example, wrinkles are formed vertically, like those of the lips, then you will have to act by "pulling" them to the right and to the left, that is horizontal.

But let's see, area by area, how to proceed for an effective application of the anti-aging cream that simultaneously stimulates muscle firming.

Front

Forehead wrinkles are mainly caused by the expression movements we make and always stretch horizontally. To mitigate these furrows, the cream should be applied by massaging the skin vertically as much as possible, in order to stretch it. Starting from the eyebrows, stretch the skin with your fingers up to the hairline and repeating this movement at least 5 times.

Between the eyebrows

Expression wrinkles also tend to form in this point of the face, which must be counteracted by taking the eyebrows at the root level between the thumb and forefinger, and gently pulling outwards, in order to relax this usually contracted area.

Cheekbones

To avoid that this part of the face is "sagging", a good habit is to put the anti-wrinkle cream always performing movements from the bottom and towards the temples holding the two fingers "scissor", so as to perform a small relaxing massage of the area, more subject than others to loss of tone.

Lip

Small, but unsightly, vertical signs tend to form above the lips, also commonly called "bar code". The correct movement to make when applying the anti-aging cream is that which, placing the two index fingers under the nose, right on the central point, gently pulls outwards horizontally. The same operation is then repeated under the lower lip.

Chin

This part of the face is also subject to easily lose tone. One of the first things we notice in a face that is no longer young, in fact, is the skin that tends downwards on the sides of the chin and mouth. To lift this area, apply the anti-wrinkle cream making circular movements towards the ears and upwards.

Neck

Finally, do not forget another very important area: that of the neck on which wrinkles tend to form horizontally to be contrasted with applications of the cream vertically starting from the bottom and pulling slightly towards the chin with all four fingers.
