The Raw Diet: all naked and raw

An example of a day dedicated to the Raw Diet?
Breakfast with 200ml of carrot or apple juice with 1 teaspoon of whole virgin honey, green tea sweetened with honey, 1 citrus juice and 1 green fruit juice.
For lunch, centrifuged of your choice, 100g of seasonal fruit, 300g of mixed raw vegetables in salads dressed with lemon juice together with 2 glasses of mineral water.
Dinner: cold cream of raw vegetables, 300g of boiled vegetables seasoned with 1 teaspoon of oil, lemon juice and, last but not least - so to speak - 2 glasses of water.
