RECIPES, TRADITIONS, LAUGHTER AND WINE: AN #ALFEMININE EVENING TO LEARN HOW TO COOK FROM THE BASICS

The evening organized by a unique trio, we from alfemminile, Tutto Gusto and Fornelli a Spillo, took place last night, October 27, with the special participation of PRESSO. A Dream Team that has been able to create a unique evening for 13 selected users by teaching them to cook surprising dishes with few ingredients and able to charm the palate.

15 women, 5kg of pasta, 4 bottles of wine, 1 passito, a lot of enthusiasm, a pinch of imagination and a great desire to be together and learn to cook while having fun.
The result, of course, was exceptional.

The aim of the evening, in addition to being together while having fun, was to learn how to cook despite the daily adversities that we women often face: the lack of time and ingredients. Anna di Fornelli ran to our aid in Spillo who, together with Tutto Gusto, showed us how to prepare an "excellent dinner in a short time and a few simple ingredients. We started with a delicious chickpea hummus (and then its sweeter version of beans), garlic and anchovy noodles with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs and ended with grandma's fried bread. On this evening we were accompanied by bottles of red (Perricone), white (Kebrilla) and an exceptional passito (El Aziz), offered by our partner Cantine Fina, together with Grano Armando who supplied us with the pasta.

This evening would not have been possible without PRESS. Not just a location but a real home able to offer human warmth, the best of technology and services and services and tools for cooking. From dishes to pans, from stereo to griddle to cook.
