The natural anti acne soap

There are many natural ingredients with anti-acne properties, including thyme, clay, turmeric or blue sulfur. To make this operation quick and easy, you can buy the natural base soap online or in specialized stores, a mixture available in both white and transparent colors, depending on the result you want to obtain. Alternatively, the base must also be prepared at home, mixing caustic soda and water in a large and very resistant container. Be careful because the temperature rises! To this combination is then added the oils (coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil) and blended everything with an immersion blender. Done? Now you can go wild and prepare your acne soap simply by adding the main ingredient (for example, thyme, in the form of essential oil) and any dye. Pour into the chosen mold and decorate with a sprig of thyme: let it dry in a cool and dry place for about 4 days and then remove from the mold, cut into the desired shape and keep it away from light and water until complete saponification. It will take 40 days!

A must: the olive oil soap

Olive oil is precious for our skin and manages to integrate our lipid reserves, immediately giving it a healthy and soft appearance. Olive oil covers the skin with a protective patina and is excellent in winter to protect the skin from the cold. You can prepare an excellent olive oil soap by adding 1 liter of virgin olive oil heated to the same temperature as the mixture to your natural base (or to the home made mixture of water and caustic soda). Stir until the mixture takes on consistency and then pour into the mold waiting for it to solidify.

Fill up with energy with orange soap!

Vitamin C is rich in benefits for our skin and has a precious energizing action. You can add orange juice (or a mix of citrus fruits, such as lemon, mandarin and orange) to your natural base and proceed in the usual way, pouring into the mold and waiting for it to be completely cold and solidify in 4 days and then for it to soap. in about a month. For this version you will get splendid results by decorating with dried citrus slices and favoring a transparent natural base.
