Mary Helen Bowers is a recognized and admired American dancer. A member of the New York City Ballet, she decided a few years ago to go on her own and become a "dance teacher through her Ballet Beautiful® method. A career so promising, that of Mary, has led her to have clients of the likes of Miranda Kerr, Natalie Portman (who trained for the Black Swan movie), Zooey Deschanel and Liv Tyler.
Her business has been so successful and her passion for dance is so great that the "arrival of a baby" hasn't shaken her in any way. For Mary, pregnancy also became an opportunity for specific new training for pregnant women. Without neglecting the health or well-being of her unborn child, Mary Helen Bowers continued her mission to teach grace and elegance to all women, including mothers. All her love for dance emerges from the Instagram account on which she regularly uploaded photos of her body transformation for 9 months. Mary continued to practice and teach until December 27, when she gave birth to her little Lumina. Beautiful, beaming like her mum. And after 9 months of dancing in her womb, there's a good chance she'll inherit her talent.
