Ferrari, an Italian record
We are talking about Ferrari, whose horse is more rampant than ever. The numbers speak for themselves: in 2012 Ferrari delivered 7,318 cars worldwide, growing by 5% compared to 2011 and thus setting the new historical sales record with the best result in its 66-year history. Revenues were 2.4 billion euros, up 8% on an annual basis, while the profit from ordinary operations was 350 million.
And that's not all, the Maranello-based car manufacturer also took the lead in the ranking of the strongest brands in the world, preceding giants such as Google, Coca-Cola and Hermes, despite its significantly smaller company size.
