Take a tablespoon of dried leaves and leave them immersed in boiling water for no less than ten minutes. Drink a maximum of two cups a day, preferably between meals.

  • Draining herbal tea with pilosella and horsetail

To prepare about 50 grams of herbal tea, mix well 20 grams of pilosella leaves, 20 grams of horsetail and 10 grams of dandelion leaves. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and pour a spoonful of the mixture into it. Leave to infuse for ten minutes and then drink (preferably between meals). If the herbal tea is too bitter it can also be sweetened with honey.

  • Herbal tea with fennel and centella asiatica

Mix 20 grams of fennel seeds with 15 grams of centella asiatica leaves, then boil a saucepan of water. Pour in the mix of anti-cellulite ingredients and leave to soak for at least five minutes. Filter and drink lukewarm.
