1. Birch and fennel tea: perfect for draining!

Birch leaves are an excellent natural remedy to combat fluid retention because they act on the lymphatic system, while fennel seeds perform a deflating action.

To prepare it, bring 300 ml of water to a boil, then pour a tablespoon of birch and fennel tea and leave to infuse for 7-8 minutes. Filter through a colander and drink at least 3 cups throughout the day. It is not necessary to sweeten it as fennel seeds make it pleasant to the taste.

2. Red vine tea: the most effective against cellulite

The red vine is a plant that is used in almost all anti-cellulite herbal teas, thanks to its protective action, which is expressed through the function that proanthocyanidins exert on the stabilization of the capillaries, preventing the increase in the permeability of these very thin blood vessels, and to proanthocyanidins, which stabilize collagen fibers and elastin, thus strengthening the vascular connective tissue matrix.

To prepare this herbal tea, which must be consumed fasting a couple of times a day, a spoonful of the mixture (consisting of dried red vine leaves) is used, left to infuse for 10 minutes in a cup of hot water.
