girls together with The Citizens Foundation for women in Pakistan: 72 secret recipes for a project in favor of women's education
Italian Friends of The Citizens Foundation - TCF is an Italian non-profit organization whose mission is to support and promote the work of the Pakistani non-governmental organization The Citizens Foundation through solidarity and fundraising actions.
The association, formally founded in March 2013, has been active in Italy since 2010 thanks to the commitment of a group of women driven by the desire to help Pakistani girls to have access to school education.
This initiative was joined by a group of friends from Milan - passionate cooks - who decided to create a beautiful cookbook with their "Cavalli di Battaglia", the best and most loved recipes by everyone. The purpose? Raise funds and educate girls and boys in Pakistan.
A very special recipe book, "My Battle Horse" collects 72 authentic and very original recipes that draw on the Mediterranean tradition - but not only - the most precious and jealously guarded, handed down from generation to generation.
All proceeds will in fact be donated to the schools of The Citizens Foundation - TCF. The book will be available starting in September.
