Equally recommended is a therapy based on gradual exercise, which consists in guiding the patient in a path of physical rehabilitation by subjecting him to increasingly intense exercises and training. Week after week, the patient's body will begin to react positively, but you must not be in a hurry: it is important to alternate training days with others of rest, respecting your own rhythm.
