6 thousand euros for the Bentley-Vertu smartphone
Recently announced, the partnership between Bentley and Vertu will result in a line of customized accessories and devices, including a range of five smartphone models for 6,000 euros each, which will be launched next autumn.
Although the technical characteristics of these extra-luxury smartphones have not yet been disclosed, it is known that they were entirely designed by Bentley engineers and that there will be a dedicated app that will interface with the owner's car, obviously a Bentley!
They will also be built entirely by hand, by a single craftsman who, at the end of the procedure, will affix his own initials. The materials used will be precious: the shell in ceramic and titanium, the bearings in ruby and the circuits in gold and palladium.
Finally, full grain leather, steel, gold, precious stones or carbon fiber will be used for the finishing, which will make them practically indestructible.
