Chicken Flavored Nail Polish: A fast food chain launches its edible nail polish
Yes, we are as baffled as you are, yet it is all true. The American fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (Kfc) has launched a chicken-flavored nail polish that is bound to make people talk.
"So good to lick your fingers" reads the claim, halfway between a game and a marketing gimmick, this edible nail polish was created in collaboration with the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather and is currently on sale only in Hong Kong.
"To use it just apply it, let it dry like a normal nail polish and then lick it again, again and again", these are the bizarre instructions of the enamel, available in two versions: in the orange shade, Hot and spicy, and in the nude color, renamed Original.
We just have to ask ourselves one thing: why?
