The best alarm clock? Sex

If you think that the best way to wake up full of energy and good humor is to immediately prepare a strong coffee, you are wrong. In fact, there is a method that seems to be even more effective and enjoyable.

Which? The sex.

This is stated by Debby Herbenick, an American researcher and author of the book Because it feels Good, according to which those who have sex in the morning are healthier and happier.

It is certainly no coincidence, but the consequence of the fact that morning sex not only helps to strengthen the immune system and raises the levels of IgA - an antibody that protects against infections - but allows a greater release of chemicals that increase levels of estrogen, capable of improving the tone and quality of hair and nails.

Our advice is therefore to anticipate the alarm by half an hour to "conquer" between the sheets your dose of good humor and daily well-being!
