This period of satisfaction would last, for 70% of the interviewees, up to the age of 65, at which time the slow but inexorable decline would begin.
After that age, in fact, especially for men, problems begin: 64% said they had found a decrease in desire, 51% suffered from difficulty in reaching orgasm and 64% complained of erectile dysfunction.

Although sexual activity can become problematic with age due to various factors, few talk about it with a specialist, preferring to confide in their partner and thus losing the opportunity to find out if a treatable and solvable pathology lies at the root of the problem.
