Salone del Mobile 2014: dates, events and information you need to know
The 53rd edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile is approaching, which this year will be held from Tuesday 8 to Sunday 13 April and will see the presentation of all the most influential furniture and design innovations with the participation of about 2,400 exhibitors.
The Salone will be divided into three stylistic typologies - the Classic, Modern and Design sectors - and, together with the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, the biennial EuroCucina and the International Bathroom Exhibition, it will animate the pavilions of Fiera Milano, Rho, also contributing to offer an important cultural proposal that will involve eight great names in international architecture.
Together with the largest trade fair in the world of furniture, the SaloneSatellite is also back, dedicated to young creatives, which will be located in halls 13-15 and which, through the award of the same name, will award the three best projects with the aim of encouraging dialogue. between the under 35s and the exhibiting companies of the Salone.
