The oil, a panacea for the skin of the face

Often when we hear about face oil, the first thing we think of is an oily product which, once applied, leaves the skin shiny and oily. In reality this is not the case at all, quite the contrary! According to dermatologists in the first place, the oils used for the skin do not create blemishes, clarity, obstruction of the pores and maybe even acne, but they represent an excellent solution for care and beauty.

Obviously there are oils that are more or less suitable for the skin of the face and not all of them have the same eudermic properties.
Among those most used in the cosmetic field are the "lavender oil, for its soothing effects, the oil of rosemary, for its antioxidant action, geranium and orange oils, with rebalancing properties. Jojoba, almond and rosehip oils, on the other hand, are known for their ability to make the skin soft and supple.

But are oils suitable for all skin types?

It is legitimate to ask whether oils are also suitable for those with mixed or oily skin, or if these particular types of skin tend to worsen with the use of a face oil in terms of shine and sebum production.

In reality, as dermatologists confirm, sometimes the cause of combination / oily skin lies in an imbalance due to the lack of natural oils and essential fatty acids; to cope with this, the skin reacts by producing more sebum. So the oils are not only suitable for combination / oily skin, but they can help slow down the production of sebum, because the skin is compensated by the natural oil it needs to stay healthy.
