Trick or treat? The American PBJ sandwich, with peanut butter and jam, transforms for Halloween night

How much we love to see sweets and cakes decorated to perfection for Halloween night but then we look reality in the face and we realize we are landslides in the kitchen. But with this super easy recipe you don't need to be a chef to get a great result with a minimum of effort.

For this Halloween, the very American PBJ sandwich (peanut butter and jam) will have a scary-gourmet touch. All it takes is a couple of bats, chocolaty and creepy eyes, pumpkins and sugars to make this delicious scary dessert.

INGREDIANTS:
- White bread
- 100% peanut cream
- apricot jam
- sugars and / or chocolate chips

ACCESSORIES:
- Halloween-themed cookie cutters

STEP by STEP:
- Cut out the center of a slice of bread with a cookie cutter.

- Spread a layer of peanut butter on the other slice and then a layer of jam. Cover with the first slice: a window remains to be decorated.

- If you have cut out a pumpkin, the chocolate chips are perfect for drawing eyes, nose and mouth of a mocking Jack O 'Lantern (legendary figure depicted in hollowed out and chiseled pumpkins). For a bat you can choose between chocolate chips or mono or multi-colored sugars.
