Dark chocolate mousse: how to prepare a delicious dessert in a few simple steps

Ingrediants:

250 g of dark chocolate
6 eggs
8 tablespoons of mascarpone or 3 tablespoons of white yogurt
100 g of sugar
3 sheets of gelatin (optional)

Procedure:

Step 1: Break the eggs into two large salad bowls separating the whites from the yellows (1 bowl per color).
Step 2: add the sugar to the egg yolks (dose according to taste and the accompaniment provided) and beat with the help of an electric whisk.
Step 3: then add the ricotta (or yogurt).
