How to prepare it:

Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, blend it raw. Pour the puree into a container and add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Apply the product on the face previously washed and well removed and exfoliate gently for about two minutes. Leave on for fifteen minutes and rinse thoroughly. If you have oily or combination skin, after the mask, apply a serum, while if you have dry or more mature skin, apply serum, moisturizer and possibly even a moisturizing oil for the face. Always adjust according to how your skin feels, usually when it is particularly dry or dehydrated as it tends to stretch a little and therefore needs to be moisturized.

How it works on the skin:

In addition to having countless health benefits, pumpkin also helps nourish and protect the skin. Excellent pairing with yogurt which gives this mask moisturizing and emollient properties. In addition, the action of the cane sugar-based scrub helps to gently exfoliate the skin, promoting cell turnover and eliminating dead skin cells. The face will immediately be smoother, hydrated, luminous and healthy.
