Before proceeding with the actual preparation of the golden milk, it is necessary to properly work the turmeric paste, the most important of the ingredients at the base of the golden milk recipe. Once you have this, in fact, you can keep it in the refrigerated for up to 40 days and so you can easily prepare a nice cup of golden milk whenever you want, without too much effort.

To prepare the turmeric paste
Heat 120 ml of natural mineral water in a saucepan, add 50 grams of turmeric powder and mix carefully, adding 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the finish. Continue until you get a thick creamy paste, similar to that of toothpaste. This should take you 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
At this point, your mixture is ready and you can let it cool; then pour it into a glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator. You can safely use it for up to 40 days.
