Homemade lasagna: a great classic in just a few steps!

Lasagna is the main Sunday dish par excellence. It is often revisited with fish and vegetables. This first course satisfies the palate of young and old. They can also be prepared a few days in advance and stored in a freezer. Let's see the shopping list and the whole process step by step.

Ingrediants:

1/2 packet of lasagna sheet
250 g of ground beef
150 g of sausage
Tomato sauce
1 onion
1 carrot
Celery
Oil
pepper
salt
Basil
Mozzarella cheese
Butter
Corn flour
Milk

Method:

Step 1: Wash and finely chop the onion, carrot and celery stalk.
Step 2: pour a fund of olive oil into a saucepan and add half of the previously prepared mixture, then add all the tomato.
Step 3: then add a bouquet consisting of celery leaves and two whole basil branches, a bouquet that will be removed at the end of cooking the sauce.
Step 4: prepare a classic béchamel and let it cool.
Step 5: then take another container and add a fund of olive oil, the rest of the minced (onion + carrot + celery)
Step 6: add the sausage meat, cook for about 5 minutes and add the beef.
Step 7: When the mixture has taken its color, remove it from the heat and mix it with the bechamel.
Step 8: If you have time, let the tomato sauce cook for about 1 hour over low heat, adding a little water if necessary.
Step 9: Then proceed in the usual way making a layer of pasta, a layer of tomato, a layer of bechamel + meat, adding some basil leaves between each layer.
Step 10: Cook for about 35 minutes in the medium oven.
Step 11: cover with small pieces of mozzarella a few minutes before serving.
